DESIGN AND PLANNING SERVICES:

With our design and planning service we are able to offer you custom designed homes and commercial buildings.

A set of plans for a house up to 100 m² cost 250,-€uro
A set of plans for a house up to 200 m² cost 450,-€uro

Using computer aided drafting,this enables us to provide you with a full set of floor plans together with a 3D image and a walk through the building for conceptual visualization and clarification of fine detail.

To start the design process we first need a sketch of the floor plans with dimensions.As well as sketches,you can send pictures from magazines or brouchers if there is a particular feature you have seen and would like to have in your home.

Remember your personal design reflects your personality and style,giving you the opportunity to make a statement on your individuality.

The planning service is divided in two steps:

Step 1. After working from your sketches and information,you get the floor-plans, two elevations, a 3D view from Arcon, o2c thats the virtual tour through your new home. These files will be sent as jpg or as dxf, these can then be printed out in DIN-A0 or DIN-A1 Example of prices for step one listed above.

Step 2. When the drawings have been agreed,we complete the basic plans with details,interior suggestions and choice of materials. Then we put together the complete visualization in 3D with interior photos and of course photomatching.This means we show your new house on your land with a garden suggestion.
